Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 10+ years in construction (residential/commercial) with engineering knowledge.
• Experience in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
• Experience developing bids and estimates for construction projects.
• Experience processing and managing change orders in construction.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.
• Strong negotiation with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with permitting processes for construction projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with owners, architects, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end planning and delivery of construction projects on time and within budget.
• Develop accurate bids and estimates for residential and commercial projects.
• Lead pre-design activities to establish scope, timelines, and resources.
• Schedule site walkthroughs to assess progress and ensure quality.
• Navigate permitting to keep projects compliant and on track.
• Process change orders and update plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Allocate resources across multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.
• Provide cross-functional leadership among internal teams, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Monitor and report project progress, identify and manage risks.
• Manage budgets and track spending to align with goals.
• Negotiate favorable terms with vendors and subcontractors.
• Prepare comprehensive project proposals outlining scope, schedule, and cost.
• Maintain regular stakeholder communication and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
