Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in project management, engineering or related field.
• PMC or PMP certification, or combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, controls, construction operations, or capital oversight.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget and scope.
• Oversee all aspects of the project, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with regular updates and reporting.
• Act as primary contact between customer and Premise throughout all phases of the project.
• Identify and track change orders using Premise process.
• Ensure project documentation is completed on time and accurate.
