Job summary

Premise Inc. in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate with Construction Managers, track schedules and costs, and ensure projects meet budget, scope and customer satisfaction.

You will maintain strong client relationships, prepare status reports, manage change orders, and ensure safety and quality standards. The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong communication, and proficiency with Procore or

Qualifications

BS degree in project management, engineering or related field.
PMC or PMP certification, or combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
5+ years of experience in project management, controls, construction operations, or capital oversight.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget and scope.
Oversee all aspects of the project, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress.
Maintain strong customer relationships with regular updates and reporting.
Act as primary contact between customer and Premise throughout all phases of the project.
Identify and track change orders using Premise process.
Ensure project documentation is completed on time and accurate.
