Actalent is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to oversee construction projects from bidding and preconstruction through completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

The role requires managing all financial aspects including estimating, budgeting, invoicing, and cost tracking. Office-based with some site visits, based in Clearwater, MN.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management and estimating.
• Strong knowledge of concrete and masonry construction projects in a commercial setting.
• Experience as a Project Manager and Estimator, possibly from construction management, civil, or structural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish, including bidding, preconstruction, and completion phases.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
• Manage financial aspects such as estimating, bidding, budgeting, invoicing, cost tracking, change orders, draws, and closeouts.
