Job summary

CAA ICON offers a Summer 2027 internship in Salt Lake City, Utah. This in‑person, full‑time program runs from May 17, 2027 to August 6, 2027 and is paid. Interns receive a laptop and housing stipend if not local; visa sponsorship is not available.

Interns gain exposure to construction methods, stadium technology, LEED, and design aspects while supporting project teams. Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and be available for the entire internship period.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; expected graduation 2027/2028.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 preferred.
• Strong technical skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Bluebeam; Microsoft Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily needs: deliveries/mailing, scanning, document development, and tracking logs.
• Maintain a master project calendar and manage meetings, invites, and conference lines.
• Assist with file maintenance and take meeting notes/minutes.
• Help plan events and special projects; gather project data to establish schedules.
• Assist with monitoring budgets, contracting costs, and expenditures; support contract administration and document control.
• Assist with RFIs, coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and staff; mark up architectural drawings.
• Participate in site tours; capture site photographs; review purchase orders and change orders for timely submission.
