Responsibilities

• Pre-Job: Assisting with estimating, job setup, contracts, permits and insurance certificates.
• During Construction: Involvement with safety, purchasing, submittals, tracking materials and equipment, productivity, change orders, and RFIs.
• Job Closeout: Assisting with project closeout manuals, as-recording drawings and warranties.
