ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking a motivated Project Manager Intern to join our team for a summer internship in Cincinnati, OH. You will assist with estimating, scheduling, design meetings with engineers and architects, and manage buyout, permitting, and submittal reviews.

The role offers hands-on experience, exposure to project leadership, and potential progression to full-time opportunities, with a strong emphasis on learning real-world skills and contributing to project

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Civil/Mechanical/Architectural or Construction Management Bachelor’s degree program.
• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0.
• Previous internship or co-op construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with estimating, scheduling, design meetings, buyout, permitting, and shop drawing reviews.
• Support billing activities including subcontracts, change orders, pay requests, and pay applications.
• Visit job sites with PM to ensure project progress and quality.
