Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies seeks a Project Manager Intern to learn hands-on with our team. You will support estimating, scheduling, design meetings, buyout, permitting, submittal reviews, and billing while gaining real-world exposure to complex construction projects.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a civil/ME/architectural or construction management degree program, with a 3.0+ GPA and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Civil/Mechanical/Architectural or Construction Management bachelor’s degree program.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher is preferred.
• Previous internship or co-op in construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with estimating project proposals and dollar values.
• Create a working timeline for subcontractors and trades to meet schedules.
• Attend design meetings with owners and team to review proposals.
• Support buyout by distributing bid instructions, schedules, and drawings.
