Job summary

Wainwright Talent Partners in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the construction of Commercial, Retail and Multifamily projects. The PM coordinates all facets to deliver on time, within budget, and to the specified quality, while leading the project team and maintaining client relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a solid understanding of project controls, safety, procurement, scheduling and accounting.

Qualifications

• PM must lead a team and coordinate stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project financials and related processes.
• Degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project budget for all assigned projects
• Develop safety plans with Superintendent and implement safety procedures
• Collaborate on pre-construction RFP package
• Conduct project meetings and monthly owner reports
• Negotiate and issue subcontract bid packages
• Maintain safety documentation
• Manage job processes including RFIs, submittals, pay applications
• Schedule projects and ensure quality control
• Oversee project closeout procedures
• Supervise assistant project manager and other team members
• Collaborate with superintendent and site operations throughout the project
