Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors others.
• Manages prestart checklist and supports preconstruction activities.
• Drives buyout scheduling, pricing review, and subcontract management.
• Prepares and manages submittal schedules, shop drawings and samples.
• Leads project meetings and monthly reviews; tracks budget and costs.
• Oversees project closeout, documentation and risk management.
