Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Must be willing to work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and ensures an injury-free environment.
• Manages prestart and preconstruction processes.
• Coordinates bid package development, schedule, and buyout.
• Oversees submittal schedule and shop drawings coordination.
• Leads project meetings and monthly reviews.
• Implements Lean principles for scheduling and cost control.
• Interfaces with clients, design teams and subcontractors to align scope and budget.
