Responsibilities

• Build and manage a target list of clients in your market.
• Own relationships end to end and track permits, bid boards, and project announcements.
• Run the pursuit pipeline from first contact through proposal and signed agreement.
• Coordinate proposals with engineering: scope, pricing, qualifications, follow-up.
• Represent the company at industry events; report pipeline monthly.
