Job summary

Metric DCX in Nashville is seeking a Construction Payroll Specialist to join a growing team. You will process multistate certified payroll and ensure compliance on government-funded projects.

You will collaborate with HR, project managers, and accounting, stay current on payroll laws, and manage fringe benefits. Experience with Foundation, Sage 300 CRE, Viewpoint or similar is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have previous payroll experience working at a construction company.
• 2+ years of payroll experience, with proven multistate processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting.
• Familiarity with union payroll and fringe benefit administration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process multistate payroll for a construction workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports for prevailing wage/government-funded projects.
