Culbertson Resources Inc. seeks an experienced Payroll Specialist to support weekly payroll operations in a construction environment.

You will manage payroll processing, employee records, compliance reporting, and payroll-related employee support, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and experience supporting field-based workers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Multi-state payroll for 100+ employees.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Construction industry payroll experience is a plus.
• Experience with certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage compliance preferred.
• Experience using certified payroll compliance platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately and ensure timely completion.
• Review timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies with field teams.
• Maintain employee payroll records, deductions, adjustments, and related documentation.
• Support certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage compliance requirements.
• Utilize certified payroll compliance platforms to maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
• Assist with employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HR-related processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
• Maintain confidential personnel information and support audits/reporting as needed.
• Partner with operations and leadership to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
