Chase Construction Group in Nashville, TN, is seeking an experienced Payroll & Billing Accountant to manage field payroll, project-based accounting, and job costing within a commercial construction setting. You will work with Sage 300 CRE and CMiC Enterprise, align payroll with field operations, and collaborate with project teams and accounting leadership to ensure accurate, timely payroll and billing.

This hands-on role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field payroll experience in a commercial construction environment.
• Experience with Sage 300 CRE and CMiC Enterprise and Field Payroll (Field PR).
• Strong understanding of payroll, labor allocation and job costing in multi-project settings.

Responsibilities

• Process field payroll for employees on multiple commercial projects.
• Manage weekly/bi-weekly payroll cycles, field labor and project-based payroll.
• Review timesheets, labor hours, allocations and job cost coding across active projects.
• Ensure labor is assigned to correct jobs, codes and projects and resolve discrepancies.
• Support payroll reporting, reconciliations, audits and compliance activities.
• Maintain payroll data in Sage 300 CRE, CMiC Enterprise and Field PR.
