• Experience reviewing payroll data and employee pay records.
• Strong attention to detail in identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Ability to work fully onsite.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll activities for a multi-state employee population of 300+.
• Process payroll on a weekly pay cycle and address payroll questions.
• Review payroll data for accuracy before each payroll run.
• Maintain payroll files and related documentation.
• Work with the Human Resources department to update employee payroll information.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and correct records as needed.
• Prepare payroll reports for internal use.
• Maintain clear records of payroll changes and approvals.
