Qualifications

• Previous payroll processing experience preferred.
• Certified payroll experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with prevailing wage requirements is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional accounting or business education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain payroll records and employee information.
• Prepare certified payroll reports for applicable projects.
• Assist with accounts receivable functions and payment tracking.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and contract requirements.
• Generate reports and maintain documentation using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Handle confidential employee and financial information with discretion.
• Support accounting and administrative functions as needed.
