Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a full-time Disbursement Agent in Las Vegas, NV. You will manage payment applications, audit invoices, and track releases, ensuring timely disbursement of funds and accurate CPM/FC reporting.

Responsibilities include data entry, report generation, and acting as the main client-facing contact for financial matters. Candidates should have 3–5 years in construction accounting and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of construction including contracts, budgets, and estimates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Strong focus on customer service and ability to deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Review payment applications and audit invoices; track waiver/releases and CPM/FC reports.
• Work as part of a team or independently to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Enter data into Partner’s disbursement systems and prepare client reports.
• Serve as primary contact for financial/accounting matters related to construction draws.
• Coordinate with associates, provide engagement letters and templates as needed.
• Handle heavy email and phone communications and meet client requirements.
