Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming draw and disbursement requests with accuracy.
• Coordinate title updates and inspections; provide required lender documentation.
• Input draws and prepare checks; coordinate stop payments or reissues.
• Verify invoices and collect W-9 forms for year-end IRS reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service and coach others to uphold Land Title culture.
