Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in accounting/finance preferred.
• 3+ years accounts payable experience, ideally in construction/EPC.
• Experience with invoice processing, three-way matching, job cost coding, and lien waivers.
• Proficient Excel; familiar with Trimble, Vista, Sage or similar construction tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high invoice volumes.
• Clear written and verbal communication; professional vendor interaction.
• Preferred: experience with retainage, joint checks, and 1099 reporting.

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing & job cost coding with accurate documentation.
• Three-way matching and discrepancy resolution.
• Prepare payment runs (checks, ACH, wire) per terms.
• Maintain vendor master data and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate lien waivers and retainage documentation.
• Support month-end close and AP aging reports.
• Assist with 1099 preparation and year-end tasks.
