You will review payment applications, audit invoices, track releases from contractors, and generate CPM/FC reports, while coordinating with team members and clients to ensure accurate, timely draws.

Excellent numeric and communication skills, knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. College educated, a plus

Responsibilities
