Kokosing, Inc. is seeking a Parts Associate to support project site equipment maintenance. You will manage parts inventory, pull and issue parts to mechanics, and coordinate shipping/receiving to align with project schedules.

The role requires a high school diploma and 5+ years’ parts knowledge, with proficiency in Viewpoint and Microsoft Office. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate a company vehicle is expected.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of parts and/or equipment knowledge.
• Equipment knowledge preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide parts support to the field mechanic and job site.
• Manage parts inventory and maintain accurate inventory records at the job site.
• Pull requested parts from inventory and issue parts to mechanics and project teams.
• Receive, inspect, unload and stock incoming parts, materials, and supplies.
• Coordinate and expediate shipping and receiving activities to meet project and maintenance schedules.
• Safely operate a company vehicle/truck to transport parts between company locations, project sites, and vendor facilities as needed.
• Communicate with vendors, mechanics, project personnel, and internal customers regarding parts availability and delivery timelines.
• Keep work area clean and presentable.
• Answer and make phone calls that deal with parts orders.
• Inform Parts Manager of any parts issues.
