Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of parts and/or equipment knowledge.
• Equipment knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide parts support to the field mechanic and job site.
• Manage parts inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Pull requested parts from inventory and issue parts to mechanics and project teams.
• Receive, inspect, unload and stock incoming parts, materials, and supplies.
• Coordinate and expedite shipping and receiving activities to meet project schedules.
• Operate a company vehicle to transport parts between locations.
• Communicate with vendors and project personnel regarding parts availability and delivery timelines.
• Maintain a clean and presentable work area.
• Answer and make phone calls related to parts orders.
• Inform Parts Manager of any parts issues.
