Job summary

AppleOne is seeking a Shipping & Inventory Specialist to receive, inspect, and store shipments in designated warehouse locations while coordinating international shipments per requirements. The role involves operating a Bendi forklift and maintaining accurate records in ERP systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of shipping/warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with ERP platforms like Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Minimum 1 year shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory control experience.
Experience with lot numbers, serial numbers, and inventory tracking systems.
Basic computer skills; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, identify, and store shipments in warehouse locations.
Coordinate and process international shipments per requirements.
Operate a forklift and warehouse equipment safely.
Maintain inventory records using ERP apps (Dynamics NAV/BC).
Assist with counts and inventory controls to ensure accuracy.
Process and organize sales returns; update ERP/CRM systems.
