Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator, Construction Operations in Los Angeles/ Costa Mesa. This hands-on role supports the Development & Construction platform across construction, PM capex, development, pre-construction, and design.

Expect office presence two days per week with additional in‑office time as needed. The successful candidate will own SOPs, update checklists, coordinate onboarding, manage vendor and GC lists, and support senior leaders on special projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination or construction operations in commercial or industrial real estate.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of contracts, certificates of insurance, lien waivers and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Own and update the DCM manual, SOPs and checklists for milestones such as budgets, schedules and closeout.
• Maintain project allocation reporting for staff workload analysis.
• Coordinate onboarding and training program; schedule sessions and track completion.
• Manage vendor, general contractor and trade lists by geography and project type; prequalification tracking.
• Track COIs and lien waivers with project controls and Legal.
• Code and submit P-card charges; provide backup for invoice processing.
• Support executives and construction managers on special projects.
• Assist in coordinating team events and trainings; handle department communications.
