Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, PM, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of construction, project coordination, contract administration, or project support experience.
• Experience supporting corporate interiors, retail, commercial construction, or real estate projects preferred.
• Familiarity with construction project lifecycle and project delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Construction Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects.
• Coordinate project activities among internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Assist with vendor onboarding, quotes, and entering approved quotes into PO system.
• Financial reconciliation of project budgets/costs and tracking invoices.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure documentation is accurate and accessible.
• Assist with procurement, contract management, and vendor documentation.
