Job summary

Reybold Group Of Companies seeks a Construction Operations Manager in Bear, DE to support the Director of Construction by coordinating administrative and operational processes for field operations. You will review timekeeping, manage documentation, track workforce and project data, and ensure clear communication between field teams and internal departments.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, supporting payroll processes, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's in business administration, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in construction administration, operations, or related role preferred.
• Experience working with construction field personnel strongly preferred.
• Experience reviewing employee timekeeping records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative processes supporting day-to-day construction field operations.
• Coordinate with Director of Construction to align departmental priorities and follow-up activities.
• Maintain and organize operational records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Track field-related information and ensure documentation is completed and maintained.
• Review time entries for accuracy and approve within payroll deadlines.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR, and other departments for timekeeping consistency.
• Support field operations by coordinating with safety, fleet, HR, and accounting.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for the Director of Construction.
