Job summary

BEAR Construction Company seeks a Project Executive to lead day-to-day operations across multiple large-scale projects. You will direct project management, administration, and business development efforts, building a high-performing team of engineers, superintendents, and project staff.

The role requires 15+ years in construction management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, OSHA training, and strong leadership in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years construction management experience across diverse markets.
• 5–7 years as project lead on complex projects is a plus.
• College degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• OSHA safety training and knowledge of quality/health safety standards.
• Experience with pre-construction services and Design/Build.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate industry relationships and participate in Business Development initiatives.
• Oversee planning, estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Deliver projects on time and within financial targets.
• Mentor BEAR project team members and foster a high performing culture.
• Ensure effective communication across all project phases and stakeholders.
• Oversee permits, contracts, invoicing, and quarterly reporting.
• Maintain safety, quality, and BEAR culture across the team.
