Job Summary

Plans, manages, and executes operational and customer-focused initiatives for a defined business line, ensuring alignment with company objectives and business line priorities. Oversees day-to-day business line operations, financial performance, and project execution from initiation through closeout. Leads and develops team members by establishing performance expectations, conducting evaluations, and making talent decisions. Defines operational goals, financial targets, and service standards to support sustainable business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manages operational and customer-focused projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Leads and develops team members by establishing performance objectives, conducting performance evaluations, supporting hiring decisions, and reinforcing accountability for results.
  • Defines project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and success criteria in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Develops and manages budgets, forecasts, and resource plans to maintain cost control and financial accountability.
  • Monitors financial performance including cost management, billing, collections, forecasting, and preparation of Monthly Status Reports.
  • Identifies operational risks and implements mitigation strategies to maintain continuity, customer satisfaction, and business line performance.
  • Procures, tracks, and manages equipment, materials, and operational resources to support ongoing work and service delivery.
Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

3-6 years of experience in construction operations, project management, business operations, or a related field required. 2-4 years of experience in a people leadership or supervisory role required.
