DPR Construction is seeking an Operations Manager in the Richmond, VA area to lead defined business-line initiatives, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive financial performance. Plans, manages, and executes operational and customer-focused initiatives for a defined business line, ensuring alignment with company objectives and business line priorities. Oversees day-to-day business line operations, financial performance, and project execution from initiation through closeout. Leads and develops team members by establishing performance expectations, conducting evaluations, and making talent decisions. Defines operational goals, financial targets, and service standards to support sustainable business performance.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
3-6 years of experience in construction operations, project management, business operations, or a related field required.
2-4 years of experience in a people leadership or supervisory role required.
