Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage change orders
- Prepare and manage procure-to-pay process
- Administration of payment procedures
- Administration of back‑charges and resolution of claims
- Interface with multiple departments and disciplines to evaluate seller/subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Interface with business services for invoice and document management resolution
- Oversee sub‑contractors
- Track material costs and quantities entering project sites
- Create reports based on monthly material costs and inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of working in construction and/or transportation
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Enjoys construction projects and completing assignments on time
- Self-oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable
- Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site
- Previous experience in the construction industry
- Willing and able to commute to the office
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance, paid time off, and an incentive program.
