JLM Strategic Talent Partners is seeking a construction professional in Los Angeles, CA, to manage change orders and oversee sub-contractors. You will be responsible for various tasks including managing payment procedures and preparing procure-to-pay processes while ensuring project deadlines are met. Competitive compensation between $25.00 and $35.00 per hour, along with benefits including health, vision, and paid time off.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage change orders
• Prepare and manage procure-to-pay process
• Administration of payment procedures
• Administration of back‑charges and resolution of claims
• Interface with multiple departments and disciplines to evaluate seller/subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Interface with business services for invoice and document management resolution
• Oversee sub‑contractors
• Track material costs and quantities entering project sites
• Create reports based on monthly material costs and inventory
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits
