CNH Industrial Group seeks a Construction Network Development Manager to grow and manage the Construction dealer network across North America. Based near Oak Brook, IL, the role partners with the Construction sales team to expand the customer base and dealer health.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in field sales management and 3+ years in financial analysis and development, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or preferred in related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of field sales business management experience with dealer networks.
• 3+ years of financial analysis and development experience.
• Travel up to 50% is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement network actions to drive region sales, share, profit, and customer happiness through dealer representation.
• Analyze dealer financial strength and trends; guide actions for at‑risk dealers to improve performance.
• Identify, qualify, and establish prospective dealers and create market representation plans for under‑performing dealers.
• Manage dealer representation actions and ensure legal/compliance adherence.
• Develop plans to address deficiencies in dealer agreements and execute them.
• Counsel region dealers and staff on business and financial concepts.
• Oversee dealer succession planning to ensure continuity.
