CNH Industrial Group in the United States is seeking a strategic Regional Sales Director to lead the Western US and Western Canada commercial business. You will partner with independent CASE dealers to set strategies, strengthen dealer performance, and drive profitable growth.

The role leads a high-performing field sales team, collaborates across Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and CNH Capital, and requires strong business acumen and deep knowledge of the construction equipment industry.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or advanced business education preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive commercial leadership experience in construction equipment, heavy equipment, industrial equipment, or a comparable dealer-based distribution environment.
