Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a New Holland Construction Regional Sales Manager in the United States. You will grow the dealer network by providing product expertise and market applications, acting as the product application expert with the CNH team and dealers.

This role focuses on New Holland Construction products within the US dealer network. You will manage region sales, train dealers, and analyze market trends to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; or Associates degree with 3+ years of experience, or HS diploma with 5+ years of experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in construction equipment industry.
• At least 1 year supporting dealers, customers and end users.
• Travel 75% or more.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact to dealers for New Holland CE wholesale and retail operations.
• Own region sales and market share objectives as primary responsibility.
• Act as technical resource to dealer sales pros and customers on New Holland Construction equipment.
• Provide product demonstrations and working applications; identify limitations.
• Develop and train dealer sales force on product performance and new products.
• Review competitive products and pricing to manage pipeline.
• Analyze region inventories, market trends, and retail potentials.
• Assist dealers with inventory controls and management.
• Liaise between marketing, product management and dealer network.
