Job summary

TerraPower LLC. in Wyoming seeks an experienced Receiving Manager to oversee the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will lead a team, coordinate with suppliers, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency on a major construction project. The role requires 8–10 years in materials management for large projects, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with inventory systems.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of managing or supervising materials for large multidiscipline construction projects.
• Recent experience managing materials receipt, inspection, storage and issuance to construction on a large project, preferably a new power plant.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience in receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain processes.
• Ability to manage relationships with suppliers and carriers.
• Leadership and training skills for a team.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving operations: receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming materials.
• Quality control: inspect and report discrepancies.
• Inventory accuracy: ensure timely entry into the system.
• Team leadership: direct and train receiving staff.
• Supplier coordination: main contact for suppliers and freight carriers.
• Safety and compliance: maintain a safe receiving area.
