Job summary

TerraPower seeks a Receiving & Inventory Specialist for the Test & Fill Facility in Wyoming. You will ensure accurate receipt, inspection, and storage of materials supporting SAT, maintaining robust material control and coordination with Operations, QA, Engineering, and EHS to meet safety and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities include logging receipts, inspections, inventory counts, staging, documentation, and cooperation with cross-functional teams to uphold TerraPower standards for

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics in industrial settings.
• Ability to read technical documents (POs, packing lists, datasheets).
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and log incoming materials.
• Perform receipt inspections to defined criteria.
• Identify and segregate nonconforming or damaged materials.
• Maintain real-time inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
• Stage and kit materials for SAT and testing.
• Coordinate availability and timely issue of materials.
• Ensure materials are properly received, traceable, and documented.
• File material-related SAT records.
• Follow EHS and QA procedures and support audits.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, QA, and EHS.
