Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline plus 8 years' practice experience or 12 years' related experience in lieu of degree.
  • Master's degree or PhD preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of a construction materials department and lead medium-to-large complex projects.
  • Lead client and stakeholder interactions to align goals with work execution.
  • Design, communicate, and implement project plans with budgeting and scheduling.
  • Lead safety efforts and ensure compliance with safety plans.
  • Coordinate resources, monitor progress, and report status to teams and clients.
  • Conduct project meetings and prepare reports on status, risk and forecasts.
  • Assist in business development to grow the department.
