Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to join our on-site team in Gilbert, AZ. You will deliver exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers, process orders, quote prices, and keep customers informed throughout the sales cycle.

A strong candidate will have knowledge of construction/industrial products, experience with sales order software (Oracle preferred), and Spanish language proficiency.

• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers.
• Process orders, quotes, enter orders, and share order information with customers.
• Upsell by identifying related products and informing customers of promotions.
• Explain product features, benefits, and warranty policies to customers.
• Pull orders as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
