Job summary

Vogel Bros. Building Co. in Lakeland, FL is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to drive proposal development and support business development across water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Central Florida.

As an on-site role with some travel, you will collaborate with estimators, PMs, and executives to produce client-focused responses to RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs while maintaining brand standards and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing or construction; 1–3 years preferred.
• No degree: 3–5 years in A/E/C experience required.
• 3–7 years of A/E/C experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development and marketing coordination for Florida pursuits.
• Gather content, format, and produce SOQs and proposals with QA.
• Coordinate with project teams, Estimating, Preconstruction, and Marketing to ensure brand consistency.
• Capture project milestones via site photography and case studies.
• Maintain materials and templates; track submission status.
