WELBRO Building Corporation in Maitland, FL is seeking a Marketing Coordinator II or Proposal Specialist for our corporate office. The role focuses on leading proposal development, marketing materials, and external communications with minimal oversight from Marketing leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Business and 2+ years’ experience in marketing coordination within the AEC industry, plus 1 year in education or public sector pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or related role in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
• 1 year of experience pursuing work in the education or public sector.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing presentations and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, targeting and positioning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging marketing content.
• Strong word processing, graphic design, and desktop publishing skills.
• Medium to high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing large-scale proposal and presentation materials within set timelines.
• Collaborate with technical staff to prepare proposal materials, including writing, editing, verifying and formatting information.
• Review narratives for content clarity, compliance and key messages to ensure RFQ adherence.
• Ensure proposals and marketing materials are accurate and well written.
• Coordinate strategy meetings and set content timelines.
• Produce graphic design materials that communicate WELBRO’s message.
• Assist with managing project experience sheets, resumes, and credentials.
• Track progress of opportunities and requests; attend pre-proposal and debriefing meetings.
• Proofread/edit submissions to meet RFQ/P requirements and brand guidelines.
• Support presentation teams with strategy, feedback, and rehearsal planning.
• Capture client debrief feedback to improve future submissions.
• Update company social media channels and engage in local marketing events.
