Job summary

APSI Construction Management seeks a Construction Manager/Administrator (CM-CA) for the VA EHRM upgrades at Jack C. Montgomery VAMC in Muskogee, OK. The CM-CA will work on-site through the 3-year duration, supporting project management, scheduling, QA, cost control, and documentation. Position requires US citizenship and favorable NACI clearance, with readiness for multi-disciplinary coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of construction field experience performing CM tasks.
• Working knowledge of construction practices and QA/Safety/Time/Cost management.
• Ability to monitor, update, and produce project records with various software.
• Candidate should present three projects of comparable scale and difficulty.

Responsibilities

• On-site management for EHRM construction project during the contract term.
• Assist in project management, scheduling, design reviews, cost control and QA/QC.
• Conduct or attend weekly/project meetings to review status and payment requirements.
• Maintain thorough project records for issue resolution and change management.
