Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager III to support the Project Manager on multiple projects in our Baton Rouge, LA area. You will coordinate engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution, while assisting in scheduling, RFI management, and monthly reviews.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least four years of construction project experience, including planning, cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• 4+ years of construction project experience including planning, estimating, scheduling, cost control, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities across development and execution phases.
• Assist in development of initial project schedule with engineering and controls teams.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Prepare monthly project review reports for PM and senior management.
• Support monthly financial reviews and project closeouts.
• Assist with RFI submissions and improve deliverables quality.
• Monitor progress of design, procurement, and construction.
• Support project close-out and lessons learned.
