Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a construction supervisor to coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites, order materials, and monitor quality. The role emphasizes managing time under construction, supervising crews, and controlling overhead costs and change orders.

The candidate should have leadership experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of plans, codes, and safety regulations to ensure Perry Homes’ standards are met across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires relevant management or leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with independent contractors and homeowners, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the various independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervise construction, control overhead costs, budget variances and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
