Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a construction operations professional to manage Phase II activities from sheetrock to home completion. The role involves coordinating independent contractors across multiple sites, ordering materials, and ensuring Perry Homes quality standards.

The ideal candidate will lead time management under tight deadlines, handle budget variances and change orders, and provide clear communication with homeowners. Strong MS Office and blueprint-reading skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires relevant management or leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate with independent contractors and homeowners, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, blueprints, and plans.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and tasks.
• Ensure Perry Homes standards for quality.
• Manage time under construction, supervision, costs, and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager and executives.
