Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a capable Construction Project Supervisor to oversee Phase II construction activities from sheetrock tape and float through home completion. You will coordinate independent contractors, order materials, and ensure quality standards across multiple Florida jobsites.

The role emphasizes strong communication, time management, and proactive problem-solving, with accountability for budgets, change orders, and meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and negotiate with independent contractors and homeowners, in writing and verbally.
• Reading and understanding complex instructions, blueprints, and development plans.
• MS Office familiarity (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials and monitor quantities and quality.
• Ensure Perry Homes standards are met and manage time under construction.
• Oversee budget variances and change orders; contribute to cost control.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or senior leadership.
