Perry Homes, LLC in Saint Augustine Beach, FL, is seeking a safety-conscious Construction Project Supervisor to oversee Phase II from drywall to completion, coordinate independent contractors, and manage materials and quality. You will monitor budgets, change orders, and schedule trades, ensuring Perry Homes standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation with contractors and homeowners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Reading blueprints and construction plans.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Factors critical to success include management of time under construction, construction supervision, direct overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, Vice President of Construction, or Division President
