Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager for our multi-family projects in Alpharetta, GA. You will plan, supervise and coordinate all building tasks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will manage trade partners, maintain Procore and BuildPro records, and uphold safety and code compliance while delivering high-quality, zero-defect homes. Join a leading homebuilder recognized for quality, community impact, and strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years’ experience in project/construction management in multi-family construction required.
• Strong knowledge of multi-family construction.
• Ability to read, understand, and implement adjustments to commercial architectural and structural blueprints, off-site improvement plans and soils reports.
• Knowledge of relevant commercial building codes and all scopes of work.
• Expertise in BuildPro, Hyphen, and Procore is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor the daily activities of trade partners to align with project schedule and scope, and approve payments.
• Maintain construction administration software (Procore, BuildPro or other) and reflect progress in the schedule.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable building codes and safety programs; conduct regular safety meetings.
• Coordinate inspections, secure occupancy certificates, and maintain documentation.
• Manage Stormwater Prevention Plan and environmental guidelines documentation.
• Secure Lennar properties and protect from weather, theft and damage.
• Provide trade partner feedback to division leadership on quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with purchasing to adjust budgets, address cost variances and plan system improvements.
• Keep records of job changes, engineering reports, change orders and purchase orders.
• Engage with customers and Lennar associates, provide updates and schedule walks or orientations.
• Deliver a Zero Defect home and fulfill other duties as assigned.
