Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager Trainee to support our construction management process in Alpharetta, GA. You will help with scheduling, site safety, punch lists, and new home orientation tasks while engaging with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely home deliveries.

This hands-on learning role prepares you for future leadership in construction management, with emphasis on cost control, schedule adherence, and zero-defect homes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of homebuilding/construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules.
• Inspect and enforce job safety requirements.
• Complete punch lists and assist in new home orientation lists.
• Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and assist in model/inventory maintenance.
• Assist in service-related issue resolution.
• Daily interaction with division personnel, subcontractors, business partners and homeowners.
