Responsibilities include daily site management, pre-construction and final walkthroughs, and effective communication with internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Requires heavy involvement in residential construction management.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, inspectors, and trade partners.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from pre-construction to move-in, ensuring timelines and scope are met.
• Conduct regular site walks to monitor quality and progress while managing budgets.
• Coordinate with sales, care, and management teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Approve changes, purchase orders, and safety logs to maintain project documentation.
