Qualifications

• Five or more years of construction leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Ten years of demonstrated project management and analytical capabilities.
• Must be able to work in an industrial manufacturing plant environment, including noisy, dusty, non-air conditioned or unheated areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are completed safely and on time.
• Promote GP PBM process in daily actions and decisions.
• Provide plant support in troubleshooting, asset strategies, project development and execution.
• Coordinate with engineering to ensure drawings and scope are complete and constructable.
• Lead and influence organizations to set directions for transformative work across multiple platforms.
• Manage multiple projects with shifting target dates.
